How to find us?

In many cases, GPS and Google Maps will lead you in the wrong direction, so we’ve created a map to help you find the entrance. In case of booking, this map will also be sent in the confirmation e-mail.

Does the jacuzzi work in the winter?

Yes, the jacuzzis operate at 36-38C all year round.

 

Can I bring my pet into the accommodation?

Unfortunately, due to the specific design of the buildings, we cannot accommodate animals.

 

Do all houses have their own jacuzzi?

Yes, each house has its own private jacuzzi.

 

Is an extra bed available?

The buildings are designed for two people and therefore no extra beds are available.

 

Is there free parking available?

Free parking is available for all guests.

When can I arrive?

Check – in is available from 3h to 6h.

When do I have to leave the accommodation?

You must leave the accommodation by 10 a.m. on the day of departure in order to ensure that the accommodation is properly prepared for the next guests.

Conditions for cancelling your booking

The following conditions apply to reservations made on treehouses.hu. You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 30 days before arrival. Within 29 to 14 days 50% of the amount will be deducted and 13 days before the start of the booking period the full amount will be deducted. In any case, we can only accept your cancellation in writing by e-mail to kapolcs@treehouses.hu. You can check the cancellation conditions for bookings made through other websites (booking.com, szallas.hu, airbnb.com …etc.)

When is an appointment available?

You can check availability under the booking menu. After selecting your arrival and departure dates, you will be redirected to our booking system by clicking on the “available rooms” button, where you can continue making your reservation. If we do not have any availability on the date you have entered, the system will offer you alternative dates (click on the button to view the month). We can only accept bookings through this online system. We cannot provide information about available dates by e-mail or telephone.

Is it possible to book the 1 night dates?

Yes, of course. If the system does not allow you to make a booking when you select a date and says that you can book for a minimum of 2 nights, please try again at a later date as the minimum number of nights has not yet been updated in our system.

Can I sign up for a waiting list?

Unfortunately we cannot manage a waiting list, please check our site often as all bookings and cancellations are kept up to date by our reservation system.

Breakfast is automatically included, but is lunch and dinner also available?

All bookings automatically include breakfast, lunch and dinner are not available.

Are there towels in the houses?

Yes, towels and bathrobes are provided in our houses, there is also a hairdryer, shower gel and body lotion!
